Our top priority is your satisfaction. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or that does not match what you purchased, you are entitled to an exchange or return according to the terms below:
1. Return Timeframe
Dissatisfaction with the product: up to 7 calendar days after receipt.
Defective product: up to 30 calendar days after receipt.
2. How to Request a Return
The first step is to contact our Customer Service at: lojasorix@gmail.com.
The product must be returned without signs of use, preferably in its original packaging, to our mailbox. Upon receipt, we will start the exchange or refund process within 5 business days.
3. Return Options
Exchange for another product available in our stock.
Refund of the product amount (shipping costs are not refunded if the product received is correct and in perfect condition).

WARRANTY
All products have a 30-day warranty starting from the date of receipt.
How to Claim the Warranty
Send a video of up to 1 minute showing the defect and the original packaging (mandatory).
Alternatively, clear photos showing the defect along with the packaging are also accepted.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
Cosmetic damage after purchase (cracked or broken screens, scratches, etc.).
Liquid damage (immersion, spills).
Attempts to repair or modify the device by third parties.
Improper use of accessories.
Normal wear and tear (screen scratches, oxidation).
Acceptable reduction in battery life.
Resistance tests (glass, water, etc.).

SAFETY AND MAINTENANCE TIPS
Do not use on open wounds, acute inflammations, or sensitive areas.
Charge only with the original charger; avoid fully discharging the battery for long periods.
Clean removable heads with a damp cloth and isopropyl alcohol (if allowed by the manual).
Avoid drops; the product is portable and sensitive to impacts.
Store in a dry, well-ventilated place or in a proper case.

A: For home use and specific areas, yes. Professionals or athletes may prefer larger models for intensive sessions.

A: Yes, as long as sessions are short and do not cause persistent pain. Monitor your body and reduce frequency if you experience discomfort.

A: Adjustable power levels, battery life, noise, interchangeable heads, warranty, and user reviews.
Q: How long will it take to receive my product in case of an exchange?
A: After the return is confirmed at our Distribution Center and the product is inspected, the new item will be shipped within 5 business days.
Q: How long will it take to get a refund?
A:Bank slip (Boleto): credit in the store account or refund via virtual account (PagSeguro or Mercado Pago).
Credit card: credit in the store account or chargeback to the card. Please note that card companies may take 30 to 60 days to reflect the refund on your statement.
